Our Services

We offer a wide range of dialysis services to meet the needs of our patients, including in-center hemodialysis, peritoneal dialysis, and home hemodialysis. We also offer comprehensive support services, including nutritional counseling and social work services.

The Team

Edgar Toscano, MD: Medical Director, Montebello Site

Board Certified in Internal Medicine and Nephrology

Volunteer Faculty, UCLA-Olive View Nephrology Fellowship 

Director of the Outpatient Dialysis rotation for our fellowship program. He is also involved in teaching and supervising our fellows in both CKD clinics and inpatient consult service. He speaks fluent Spanish

Alma Zarate, MSW

Our on site Spanish Speaking Social Worker who can help with insurance, transportation, food and housing



Nuestro trabajador social de habla Espanol  en el sitio que puede ayudar con el seguro, el transporte, la comida y la vivienda.

Juan C Alvarez

Our on site dietician who works hard to educate patients about healthy eating, he helps patients get food and he helps them with their medications so they can get a kidney transplant and also be healthy on dialysis.  He speaks fluent Spanish.
